Roof Repair in Houston

A leak doesn't fix itself. Whether you've got a stain on the ceiling or a few shingles missing after a storm, we'll find out what's actually going on up there. More than 10 years of hands-on roofing experience, and inspections are free.

You Know Something's Wrong. You're Not Sure How Bad.

That's where most people are when they call us.

Maybe there's a brown spot on the ceiling that wasn't there last month. Maybe a storm rolled through and you found shingle pieces in the yard. Maybe you just noticed the roof looks different from the street.

And then the worry starts. Is this a small fix or a big one? Is somebody going to look at it and tell me I need a whole new roof?

We get it. That uncertainty is the worst part.

So here's how we handle it. We come out, we look, and we tell you what we find. If it's a small repair, we'll say it's a small repair. We're not going to inflate a problem to make a bigger job out of it.

What to Watch For

You don't need to climb up there. Most warning signs show up from the ground or from inside your house.

Inside your home

  • Water stains on ceilings or walls
  • Damp spots in the attic after it rains
  • Daylight showing through the roof boards
  • A musty smell in the attic

Outside your home

  • Shingles missing, cracked, or curling at the edges
  • Shingle granules collecting in your gutters
  • Dark patches or streaking on the roof
  • Damaged or lifted metal flashing around chimneys and vents
  • Debris in the yard after a storm

After bad weather

  • Anything that looks different than it did before

If you're seeing one of these, it's worth a look. Catching it early is almost always cheaper than waiting.

Residential Roof Repairs We Handle

Roof leaks.

The most common call we get. We track down where water is actually entering and repair it properly.

Missing or damaged shingles.

Wind, age, and storms all take shingles. We replace what's damaged and blend the repair into the surrounding roof.

Storm damage.

Houston gets its share of rough weather. We assess what the storm actually did and repair the damage.

Flashing problems.

Flashing is the metal that seals the joints where your roof meets a chimney, a wall, or a vent. It's one of the most common leak sources on any roof.

Roof penetrations.

Anything that comes through your roof is a potential entry point for water. Vents, pipes, and fan units all need proper sealing.

Localized roof damage.

Damage in one area doesn't always mean a problem across the whole roof. We repair the section that needs it.

Where the Water Shows Up Isn't Where It Got In

This is the thing homeowners are most surprised by.

Water doesn't fall straight down through a roof. It gets in at one point, runs along the decking or a rafter, and drips somewhere else entirely. Sometimes several feet away.

So the stain on your ceiling tells you that you have a leak. It doesn't tell you where the leak is.

That's why we don't just patch the spot above the stain. We look at the whole path. We check the roof surface, the flashing, the penetrations, and the attic side when we can get to it. We're trying to find the actual entry point, not the exit.

Skipping that step is how people end up paying twice. The patch looks fine, the stain comes back next season, and the real problem was never touched.

Most leaks can be repaired, especially when they're caught early and the damage is limited to one area. What matters is how far the water has traveled and how much of the roof is affected. We'll inspect it and tell you honestly what we're looking at.
